CBS Paramount Domestic Television (CPDT) (formerly CBS Films, Viacom Enterprises, Paramount Domestic Television, and WorldVision Enterprises) is an American television distribution/production that was formed on January 17, 2006 and owned by CBS Corporation. The company distributes series from Desilu Productions, Paramount Network Television, Viacom Productions, Republic Pictures Television, Big Ticket Television, pre-1982 CBS Productions, Spelling Television, DreamWorks Television (after Viacom acquired DreamWorks), its own series, and the film libraries from Paramount Pictures, DreamWorks, Republic Pictures, pre-1982 CBS movies, among others.
