The Combined Communications Electronics Board (CCEB) is a military communications-electronics organisation between five nations: Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States. One of their purposes is to write specifications for military protocols. These are published in socalled ACPs or Allied Communication Publication. Examples thereof are Military Message Handling System (MMHS) in ACP 123 and Common Directory Services and Procedures in ACP 133.
