 | The information the CET collects is not intended for personal use but for educational purposes and is wholly intended to help the CET better serve its customers and patrons, who are, for the most part, members of the greater educational community. |
| The CET will require any person under the age of 18 years to download a parental permission form and forward this form to the CET with the signature of a parent, guardian, or teacher prior to participation in any chat room or other online service that requires interaction with other children or adults. |
| CET employees who collect or have access to information about visitors and/or customers are required to attend a training seminar to ensure that they understand the CET Privacy Policy and that adherence to this policy affects an individual's job responsibilities. |
