A derogatory term for "Vanilla" (non-kinky) heterosexual men who cruise internet BDSM newsgroups and chat rooms looking for easy sex. It roughly translates as Clueless Heterosexual Dom Wannabee. Sometimes referenced as CHuDWah.

It is a popular myth that women in the BDSM scene are highly sexed and easily manipulated, mostly due to images created in BDSM pornography aimed at a largely vanilla audience. In fact, women in the BDSM scene tend to be more discriminating and cautious than the general population.

The result is that BDSM women are frequently approached online by asocialized men who are inexperienced in D/s or BDSM and who expect them to submit to their demands in the fashion of the characters in a BDSM porn story. These men are labeled CHUDWAH and derided or flamed. The use of the term "Kneel before Me, bitch!" will get one quickly labeled as CHUDWAH.

The term was coined by "the Horseman" on the USENET newsgroup alt.support.bondage in April 1994 as CHDW, referring to "clueless Hetboys". He stated that the correct pronuciation was "chud-wuh".
