The club was founded in 1974, with the stated objective to "uplift the socio-economic and moral condition of the young people of San Juan and its environs."
Upon the creation by the Trinidad and Tobago Football Federation of a semi-professional league in 1994, San Juan Jabloteh converted itself from a youth organization into a professional football club. The backing of CL Financial Limited in 1996 allowed the club to significantly expand its operations. From 1996 to 1998, the team finished fourth in the semi-pro league three consecutive times. Upon the creation of the Trinidadian Professional Football League in 1999, San Juan Jabloteh became one of the league's founding members. Since joining, the club has been one of the league's most successful clubs, winning the Trinidadian championship in 2002 and 2003, and representing the league in the CONCACAF Champions' Cup.
Jabloteh lost another player in the 88' after Celestine was booked for his second yellow card of the contest, giving the Metros an 11-8 advantage for the final minutes of the contest.
Fenwick, who led CLFinancialSanJuanJabloteh to the 2002 Professional League title in TandT, was speaking during Superstar Rangers' tour of Birmingham last month, when he hinted that he is considering a couple job offers which could materialize at the end of the current season.
Jabloteh came out very well in the second half but we had a crazy ten minutes and the game was finished as a contest but the good thing is the players kept on playing and we created more chances," Duffy told TTFF Media after the game.
