CTER, Curriculum, Technology, and Education Reform, is the name of an Online Master's of Education degree for practicing teachers and administrators with a focus on educational technologies. This online program offers an opportunity to earn a coherent, high-quality masters degree online, with most of the interactions through personal computers and Internet connections at home or at local schools. CTER is composed of eight online courses that meet requirements for a Master's of Education degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Since the students are practicing educators, their teachers are education professors, and much of the subject matter involves the use of educational technology, the online program has been an exercise in learning, practice and research rolled into one.
The CTER students also made their own research contribution, a series of educators' guides on technology issues, available on the Web at http://lrs.ed.uiuc.edu/wp.
One significant benefit of the CTER class was in just learning where those resources could be found, both from UI professors and her fellow students.

The occurrence of mammal remains in opossum scats at CTER was similar to the occurrence of mammals in scats from central Missouri (10), Kansas (11), and eastern Texas (1).
Occurrence of insects in CTER scats were most similar to scats collected in central Missouri (10) and Kansas (11), slightly lower than scats in southern Illinois (5), but least similar to opossum scats in eastern Texas (1).
