The Visitors Centre Cadbury World is a one-way self-guided tour which you can enjoy at your leisure. Recently, headsets have become available for an audio tour narrated by Sally Boazman ("Sally Traffic" from BBC Radio 2). The average walk around the exhibition lasts about 1 ¾ hours, not including the Cadbury Collection Museum, which is situated outside the visitors centre. Along the tour, visitors pass through jungle and street environments all displaying information on the history of chocolate production. Exterior of Cadbury World, Dunedin Dunedin's Cadbury World opened in July 2003 and has quickly become one of Dunedin's most successful tourist ventures. Cadbury World is located in the Cadbury Factory site at 280 Cumberland St, close to the city centre near the Octagon. The tour takes approximately 1hr 15mins and includes the Visitors' Centre, a short movie about the history of the Dunedin factory and Cadbury's in general, followed by a tour around the factory. The tour culminates in the chocolate fall, which is housed in a five-story decomissioned crumb silo. There is also a retail shop attached to the tour.
