COPE (Cadena de Ondas Populares de España, roughly translated as People's Radiowaves of Spain Network) is a private, commercial, Spanish radio network owned by various organizations within the Spanish Catholic Church. It is the home of La Mañana, mostly politics-related, morning talk show hosted by the controversial Federico Jiménez Losantos. The name Catholic Church can mean a visible organization that refers to itself as Catholic, or the invisible Christian Church, viz. ...
