Ca Phe Sua Da (cà phê sữa đá) is a unique Vietnamese coffee recipe. Literally, Ca Phe Sua Da means "coffee, milk, ice." Ca Phe Sua Da can be made simply by mixing black coffee with about a quarter to a half as much condensed milk and then pouring it over ice. However, it is traditionally made by brewing the coffee with a small drip percolator into a cup containing the ice and condensed milk.
