Cajundome is home to the Louisiana-Lafayette Ragin' Cajuns® basketball teams, and hosts other events such as concerts and the WWE The Cajundome is a 12,800 seat multi-purpose arena in Lafayette, Louisiana. The arena was built in 1985 at a cost of $64 million. It is home to the University of Louisiana at Lafayette Ragin' Cajuns basketball team and the ECHL's now-defunct Louisiana IceGators. The arena also hosts many regional concerts (seating for concerts 8,481 to 12,068) and special events. The arena is perhaps the most recognizable feature of the Lafayette skyline.
