Calabogie Ontario Canada is a town bordering Calabogie lake in the Ottawa valley. Local to the area is Calabogie lodge Calabogie lodge website, a golf course Calabogie Highland Golf, and the ski hill resort Calabogie Peaks Resort. The lake is level is moderated by hydroelectric dams on the Madawaska river at the input (Barrett chute, built in 1942) and the output (Calabogie, built in 1916). Watch out for drunken ATVr's !
