The association is divided into five regions:

  • Atlantic Colleges Athletic Association (ACAA) in Atlantic Canada
  • Quebec Student Sports Federation (QSSF) in Quebec
  • Ontario Colleges Athletic Association (OCAA) in Ontario
  • Alberta Colleges Athletic Conference (ACAC) in the Prairies
  • British Columbia Colleges Athletic Association (BCCAA) in British Columbia
