Canal Park is a baseball stadium located in Akron, Ohio that is the home of the Akron Aeros of the minor-league Eastern League, a AA affiliate of the Cleveland Indians. The stadium was designed by the same architectural firm that designed Jacobs Field, the Indians new stadium that had opened three years earlier. The name of the stadium is taken from its location adjacent to the Ohio Canal.
