The station is located on the DLR between Heron Quays station and West India Quay station, and is in Travelcard Zone 2. The station is shown on the London Underground map as being an interchange with Canary Wharf tube station, but is situated some distance from the tube station with a choice of sign-posted routes through either the shopping malls under the office complex or on the street.
