Campus(es)

Capilano College has three campuses. The main headquaters campus is nestled in Vancouver's North Shore. More specifically at 2055 Purcell Way in North Vancouver, it is on average a 30-minute drive from Downtown Vancouver. The majority of the programs are offered at this campus. Capilano College also operates two satellite campuses out of Squamish, British Columbia and Sechelt, British Columbia. Although only specialized programs are available at these locations. On August 23, 2004, Premier Gordon Campbell's governing provincial Liberal Party announced the establishment of the BC Centre for Leadership and Innovation in Tourism at Capilano College's North Vancouver campus.The announcement came in the efforts of the government to capitalize on Vancouver's rights to host the 2010 Winter Olympics. The Centre will address tourism issues and help provide tourism education. Student Media

  • Capilano Review is a tri-annually published magazine covering the arts, more specifically the performing arts. It is distributed in internationally in nine countries world-wide. Since its' first publication in 1972, it has been recognized seven (7) times for excellence by the National Magazine awards, three (3) times by the Western Magazine awards, and once (1) by the Journal Prize Awards. It has also earned a citation by the Canadian Studies Association. The Capilano Review is published by the Capilano Press Society.
  • The main student newspaper of the College is the Capilano Courier. It is published bi-weekly by the Capilano Press Society.
