Captain Typho appears in the Star Wars: Clone Wars animated series, where Jedi Master Yoda uses a Force-assisted "persuasion" to get Typho to agree to a detour on Ilum (he initially objected on the grounds that it put Padme in danger). Although this was controversial in that it seemingly portrays Typho as "weak-minded", it would seem as though Yoda is powerful enough to use mind tricks on strong willed individuals.
