The Career Soldiers are a punk rock band from Encinitas, California, a suburb of San Diego. They were formed in August 2002 and have been playing and touring since then. They began playing shows at local open mic nights, but have since started touring with larger street punk and hardcore punk bands such as The Unseen, A Global Threat, Cheap Sex, and Clit 45. They have released a full length CD on ADD Records, run by the members of The Unseen. Drummer Brian Nelson left the band on late 2006, to be replaced by Tay Dreg from Salt Lake City.
