The city of Carleton lies on the southern shore of the Gaspé Peninsula in the province of Quebec, Canada. Like many cities on the peninsula, a large part of its economy relies on its appeal to tourists. The Gaspé Peninsula or just the Gaspé (la Gaspésie in French) is a North American peninsula on the south shore of the Saint Lawrence River, in Quebec. ...
