COTABATOCITY -- It's all systems go for the staging of the joint RP-US military exercise scheduled this month in Carmen, North Cotabato, which according to military and civilian authorities would be "brief" and "purely training on antiterrorism."
Some residents of North Cotabato and those from nearby provinces have expressed apprehension that the exercise might lead to clashes between troops, communist and Moro rebels.
