Carter Mark Jenkins (born September 4, 1991) is an American actor. Jenkins starred as Miles Barnett on the NBC television series Surface, though it was not renewed for a second season. He also appeared in the first season of the Nickelodeon series Unfabulous. Jenkins starred in the Disney Channel film Life Is Ruff, alongside Kyle Massey and Mitchel Musso. His latest role is in the comedy Keeping Up with the Steins, which opened on May 14, 2006. He has a guest appearance in an episode of House ("Meaning").
