Cascade Heights is a predominantly African-American neighborhood on the west side of Atlanta, Georgia. It's located just to the southwest of the West End centered around I-285. For the past decade, Atlanta’s Cascade community has been sprawling westward with new subdivisions and large houses. It looks like any other upper-middle-class suburb, except that nearly all the people moving there are black as reported by the Fox News network.
