Cass County is a county located in the state of Minnesota. As of 2000, the population is 27,150. Its county seat is Walker6.
Geography
According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the county has a total area of 6,253 km˛ (2,414 mi˛). 5,226 km˛ (2,018 mi˛) of it is land and 1,027 km˛ (397 mi˛) of it is water. The total area is 16.43% water.

The racial makeup of the county is 86.52% White, 0.11% Black or African American, 11.45% Native American, 0.28% Asian, 0.02% Pacific Islander, 0.14% from other races, and 1.47% from two or more races. 0.81% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
