Cassie says she didn't start playing basketball until she was in 5th grade. She attended high School in Perry, Iowa, where she was named first team all-state junior and a senior year by the Iowa Newspaper. In colledge she played for the University of Northern Iowa and made history by recording 1,000 career points and rebounds. There are rumors she may join the WNBA.
