One of the eldest Neimodian purse worlds, Cato Neimodia was covered in fog-enshrouded mountains, fields, and forests. The Neimodians constructed enormous bridge cities spanning the gigantic grottos that lead to their treasuries. During the final stages of the Clone Wars, there was a major battle there, as Anakin Skywalker and Obi-wan Kenobi tried to capture Nute Gunray, who was in his citadel trying to collect all his possessions. Although Gunray escaped with his entourage, the Jedi found his mechno-chair, which led them on a trail of clues to finding Darth Sidious. In episode 22 of the Clone Wars cartoon, Anakin and Obi-wan were on a barren, desolate planet which is often assumed to be Cato Neimodia. However, whilst Cato Neimodia has forests and vegetation, that planet is rocky and barren.
