Cecil Court is a short but tranquil Victorian pedestrian street in London linking Charing Cross Road and St.
In 1961 Cecil Court was the scene of the first UK murder to be solved using Identikit pictures.
It is reputedly the model for Diagon Alley in J.K. Rowling's hugely popular Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone, and was recently a location for the filming of Miss Potter, starring Renee Zellweger and Ewan McGregor.
