Cedar Fair Entertainment Company, legally known as Cedar Fair, L.P.,(NYSEFUN) is a publicly-traded company based in Sandusky, Ohio that owns and operates amusement parks in North America. Cedar Fair owns and operates 12 major amusement parks, 11 operating in the United States, with one operating in Canada. They also manage the unique attraction, Star Trek: The Experience, in Las Vegas, Nevada, along with a small theme park, Gilroy Gardens, much like they once held the managing contract for the former Camp Snoopy at the Mall of America.
