As of the 2000 census, CedarForkTownship had a population of 10,911, a 309.6% increase over 1990, and a population density of 0.37 people per acre (91/km²).
CedarForkTownship, occupying 29,376 acres (119 km²) in northwestern WakeCounty, includes the entirely of the town of Morrisville, portions of Cary, Raleigh, and the Research Triangle Park, as well as the Raleigh-Durham International Airport.
