CEFN CROES WIND FARM

Cefn Croes, the site of a controversial wind farm project, is in the Cambrian Mountains, just south of the A44 road between Aberystwyth and Llangurig.

Building of the wind farm started in February 2004 and was finally finished in Spring 2005 when all the construction work was finished and the 39 wind mills were producing electricity.
