Centennial Wireless is a regional wireless telecommunications provider that operates a GSM network in the Midwest states of Michigan, Ohio and Indiana as well as the Southeastern states of Mississippi, Louisiana, and Texas. Centennial Wireless is a wholly owned subsidiary of Centennial Communications. Centennial also operates CDMA networks in Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic. Centennial Wireless has approximately 1.1 million subscribers as of October 2007. It is the ninth largest wireless telecommunications network in the United States.
