The Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (or CACC) is an intercollegiate athletic conference affiliated with the NCAA’s Division II. List of college athletic conferences - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia (368 words)
This is a list of athletic conferences of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) and National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA).
This conference will disband its football section in 2007, when its football members begin play in the Colonial Athletic Association.
Note: All Division I-A and I-AA football conferences are also basketball conferences, with the exception of the Gateway Football Conference, Great West Football Conference, and the Pioneer Football League.
Soccer (3130 words)
In order to be named to the CACC All-Academic teams, recipients must have participated in a fall CACC Championship sport, be at least a sophomore academically and athletically, have been a student at their current school for at least two semesters, and achieve a cumulative grade-point-average of at least 3.50.
She was a member of the inaugural CACC All-Academic teams in both soccer and basketball in 2005, and was the Presidential Award winner at the annual GCU Awards Ceremony in May. In soccer, she claimed a CACC Championship in 2002, and led the squad in assists in both 2003 and 2004.
The Highlanders are 5-1-1 in the CACC and 5-4-1 overall, while the visiting Lions are 1-8 overall and 1-5 in the conference.
