Encyclopedia > Central States Football League

The Central States Football League, established in 2000, is a college athletic conference affiliated with the NAIA. Member institutions are located in Kansas, Nebraska, Oklahoma, and Texas.


Charter members include Haskell Indian Nations, Langston, Northwestern Oklahoma State, Southwestern Assemblies of God, and Peru State.


Current members (and year joined)

Texas College will become a provisional member in 2004.


Member teams compete only in football. See also: American Midwest Conference, Midlands Collegiate Athletic Conference, Red River Athletic Conference, Sooner Athletic Conference.
