A 1999 report by CESAR for the Maryland Drug Early Warning System (DEWS) identified ecstasy as an emerging drug in Maryland.
A series of interviews with teenage girls and boys, some in drug treatment or the juvenile justice system and some who had never used drugs, are the highlight of the video.
The video also showed brain scans of a monkey before it was exposed to Ecstasy, after it was exposed to the drug for four days, and seven years after exposure.
