Cestria is Billy Cranston's girlfriend/wife in the Power Rangers universe. She came during the time that he was suffering from accelerated aging. Having gotten to know her for quite a while on the series, Billy Cranston implied to the Rangers that he has fallen in love with her. Who knows what could've happened? Maybe they are now married and probably have a few children?
