Chad Lewis (born October 5, 1971) is an American football tight end who most recently played for the Philadelphia Eagles. He previously played for the St. Louis Rams and went to Brigham Young University. Lewis caught the game clinching touchdown pass in the 2005 NFC Championship which sent the Eagles to their first Super Bowl since 1980.
