A view of Chai Wan and Siu Sai Wan Chai Wan (柴灣, lit. firewood bay) is at east end of the urban area on the Hong Kong Island and next to Shau Kei Wan in Hong Kong. It formerly was a bay and the bay was gradually reclaimed. The land extended west near Lei Yue Mun in Heng Fa Chuen and east to Siu Sai Wan. The hills, Mount Collinsion and Pottinger Peak on her south and Mount Parker on her west, inhibit the town development.
