Cham is a municipality in the canton of Zug, Switzerland, with an area of 19.82 km2 and, as of 2004, a population of 13300.


The city, on the northern shore of Lake Zug, was awarded the Wakker Prize in 1991.


The town's first charter dates from 1360.
