Charles H. Roe Ltd. was a Yorkshire coachbuilding company. It was formed in 1923, based at Crossgates Carriage Works, in Leeds.[1] Along with parent company Park Royal Vehicles, it became part of Associated Commercial Vehicles (ACV) in 1949, which was bought by Leyland Motors Ltd in 1962.
