Rear Admiral Charles Henry Poor, USN (June 11, 1808 - December 5, 1882) was a U.S. Navy officer of the mid-19th century. Born in Cambridge, Massachusetts in 1808, he entered the Navy in 1825 and served nearly 30 years at sea. During the Civil War, he commanded the USS Roanoke. He was promoted to rear admiral in 1868 and retired in 1870. He died in Washington, D.C. in 1882.
