Charles Rabemananjara (born June 9, 1947[1]) is the current prime minister of Madagascar. He took office on 20 January 2007 at the beginning of the second term of President Marc Ravalomanana.[2] During Ravalomanana's first term, which began in 2002, Rabemananjara served as military chief of staff until[citation needed] late November 2005, when he became minister of the interior and administrative reform;[1] after becoming prime minister, he remained interior minister in the new government.[3] June 9 is the 160th day of the year in the Gregorian calendar (161st in leap years), with 205 days remaining. ...
