Hall and Woodhouse is a British regional brewery founded in 1777 by Charles Hall in Blandford Forum, Dorset, UK.
In 1875, the "Badger" logo of the firm was introduced, and in 1900 when a new brewery was built to replace the original, it was named after the logo.
The brewery itself was sold off for housing, though Hall and Woodhouse retained the King and Barnes chain of pubs and the rights to the brand names of the King and Barnes beers.
Wentworth Woodhouse is a country house in the village of Wentworth near Rotherham, South Yorkshire, England.
The house was later the home of Watson-Wentworth's grandson Charles Watson-Wentworth, the 11th Prime Minister of the United Kingdom.
It was built in the mid-18th century allegedly to win a bet after Charles Wentworth claimed he could drive a coach and horses through the eye of a needle.
