Charlie Barnett (born September 23, 1954 in Bluefield, West Virginia, USA- d. March 16, 1996) was an African-Americanactor and comedian. Charlie has appeared in film and on television. His well known film roll is in the 1983comedy film D.C. Cab as Tyrone. He has had a recurring roll on the hit 1980s tv series Miami Vice as Neville 'Noogie' Lamont. During the 1980s Charlie also performed raunchy comedy at outdoor parks in New York City, most notably in Washington Square Park.
