Clements won the Best Newcomer award at the British Soap Awards in May 2006,[1] 'Best Newcomer' at the 2006 Inside Soap Awards,[2] 'Best Soap Newcomer' at the 2006 TV Quick and TV Choice Awards[3] and 'Most Popular Newcomer' at the National Television Awards on 31 October 2006,[4] all for his role as Bradley Branning. He also won the Best Soap Actor Award at the 2007 TV Quick and TV Choice Awards. Other awards collected by Charlie include 'Best Soap Couple' alongside Lacey Turner at the Inside Soap Awards 2007 for their protrayal of Bradley Branning and Stacey Slater. Charlie also made it on to the top four National Television Awards shortlist for 'Most Popular Actor' in 2007 but lost out to David Tennant and also made it into the top four in the 'Best Actor' category at the British Soap Awards 2008 but lost out to Chris Fountain.
