Che was an American stoner rock band. Founded by former Kyuss drummer Brant Bjork who switched to vocals and guitar, former Unida bassist Dave Dinsmore and drummer Alfredo Hernandez who succeeded Bjork as Kyuss' drummer, they released their only LP Songs of Liberation in 2000 with less success than critical praise. Stoner Metal and Sludge Metal are often used interchangeably, but some fans make distinctions: Sludge metal has more similarities with grindcore and hardcore punk. ...
