Hung Hom (KCR) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia (322 words)
This new Kowloon Station, later renamed Hung Hom Station, served as the terminus of East Rail (KCRC) until 24 October 2004, when the East Tsim Sha Tsui Station at TST East was opened.
The expanded part of the concourse was opened in 2001, making it the largest KCR station, until East Tsim Sha Tsui Station opened.
It now serves as the midway station of East Rail, as well as the terminus of intercity services with destinations to major cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, as well as Zhaoqing, Foshan, Dongguan in Guangdong.
