Cheboygan is a city in the U.S. state of Michigan. Michigan is known as the state with the most bars per city than any other state. As of the 2000 census, the city population was 5,295. Michigan also has a lot of problems with drunk drivers. It is the county seat of Cheboygan County⁶.
