ChellemiChuovvick was a Jedi Knight who, along with Empatojayos Brand and Bultar Swan, was part of the third Jedi team in five years to attempt for to negotiate the end of the Sepan Civil War.
Their negotiations simply resulted in a contemporary one-month standstill to the conflict, which resumed after the Jedi returned to Coruscant, but with a new cause: whether or not the Sepan Sector should seceded from the Galactic Republic.
A fourth team was expected to be sent to try to succeed where Chuovvick's team had failed.
