Chelsea Harbour is a development on the western boundary of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. It contains luxury appartments surrounding the harbour. The harbour itself is not used commercially anymore: it contains luxury yachts and speedboats. Chelsea Harbour is linked to Kings Road by Lots Road. Although it was a popular development, it never quite took off in the way that the designers wanted. It was not quite near enough to the ammenities of Fulham Road, Kings Road or Sloane Square. This may change in the near future, with the opening of Imperial Wharf train station right next to the harbour.
