Graduate offerings are provided by schools of Christian Studies, Christian Art, Divinity, Pastoral Theology, Education, Social Welfare, Counseling, and Information Technology.
History The university was established by the Baekseok Educational Foundation, which also founded Baekseok College. It opened its doors in 1994, at which time it provided instruction primarily in Christian theology. It became a college in the following year, and a university one year thereafter, at which time the graduate school was also established. This university got its notoriety from all over the world in February 28th, 2005, when a scandal involving a Taekwondo club took place. A picture featuring ripping off of a Taekwondo Uniform of the Cheonan Univiersity was posted into a gay site, and it was turned out that the incident was third time when the picture was taken. The edited picture was also sent to South Korean gay sites as well.
