Cherokee High School is a four-year comprehensive public high school, one of four high schools of the Lenape Regional High School District in Burlington County, New Jersey, United States. Most of Cherokee's enrollment of 2,355 students comes from either Frances S. DeMasi Middle School or Marlton Middle School, which are parts of the Evesham Township School District, located in Evesham Township, New Jersey (commonly referred to as Marlton), a suburb of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
