Early life Hines was born in Miami Beach, Florida to Rosemary Graham Harbolt and a father whom she has described as "sort of a redneck".[1] Part of her family came from Frostproof, Florida.[2] Hines grew up in Tallahassee, Florida,[2] where she attended Young Actors Theatre throughout high school.
